HOW DO I CLEAN MY PEN BETWEEN USES?
Super easy! To help prevent transferring previously removed makeup, simply wipe the tip on a washcloth, tissue, or even the back of your hand (a technique often used by makeup pros) before washing it off. For extra hygiene, give it a quick spray with isopropyl alcohol to disinfect.
WHY IS MY PEN DRY STILL AFTER REPLACING THE TIP?
The pen tip may be dry because it hasn’t been fully clicked into place to connect with the liquid inside. Try pressing it in a little further to ensure proper flow. Also, gravity helps! Storing the pen with the purple end of the up will allow the liquid to saturate the tip more quickly. If you've been using and loving your pen for a while, the tip may simply be running low or drying out from prolonged exposure.
MY PEN HS DRIED OUT IS THIS NORMAL?
Yes, this is completely normal! Once opened, your pen has a 6 month lifespan due to natural evaporation. If you're using it daily, it may run out even sooner.
HOW DO I KEEP IT 100% HYGIENIC?
It's easy! Simply spray the tip with isopropyl alcohol (available at most pharmacies) to keep it clean and germ-free. OR you can replace the tip.
THE TIP IS STAINED, IS THIS AN ISSUE?
Not at all! A stained tip won’t affect performance. If you prefer a fresh look, you can swap it out for a new one. Or, keep a dedicated tip in the spare end for removing bold colors like red lipstick or foundation when needed.
